The Journey Episode 1 (Jordan “Silk” Victoria)

Bio:

My vision for creativity was recognized at an early age, I had an interest in blueprints as a kid and designed my dream-home before I was 10.  I was raised with a strong entrepreneurial foundation watching my parents run their businesses, my father’s construction company and my mom as a realtor, they both say “Design is in my DNA”.

My career began in the music industry in my hometown of Atlanta, GA, working alongside music mogul Jermaine Dupri {Music Producer and CEO} of So So Def Recordings.  After being inspired by my entertainment/professional relationships and enormous list of contacts, I created a luxury-event design brand and began providing event planning and concierge services exclusively to political clients, entertainers and professional athletes.  After years of working in the design industry I returned to school to award myself a Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Architecture Design, and worked in Private Aviation Interior Design for Gulfstream Aerospace to further endow my luxury-lifestyle brand. After spending 20+ years in Los Angeles, Jordan returned to her native-city to launch Atelier Jordan interior architecture design studio where she is owner & principal designer.  Atelier Jordan specializes in luxury designs in the hospitality, commercial, residential, multi-family and affordable housing sectors. In addition to her design studio, Jordan’s love for fashion encouraged her to launch her online store: Atelier Jordan Boutique where she sells affordable fashion, her own active-wear line called “Measure Up” and the popular blinged-out Jordan Victoria “Chandelier Sneakers” worn by her celebrity friends…
