To start the year off we have a very unique project. The following description was provided by the artist, “You might know _AMBLA- through the production of Streets Is a Myth by Troy Ave (New York City) and at the last minute in the year Hiphop celebrates the 50th anniversary (New Year’s Eve at 11:58 PM) unsigned AMBLA- had released their first album _AMBLA-3 in a series of unique 9 projects. All 13 tracks are made with international acapellas (among others: André 3000, Ariana Grande, Griselda, J. Cole, Method Man, M.O.P., Nicki Minaj, Nipsey Hussle, Redman, Rome Streetz, The Notorious B.I.G., Tupac Shakur) combined with only dutch Hiphop samples (like: Brainpower, Dizzow, Extince, Hef, Ronnie Flex, Sticks) and support is provided by @beatsbylelic on 3 songs. All samples and vocals are downloaded from YouTube and edited in Sony Acid & Cool Edit. The songs were mastered by multi-Grammy award-winning Statinski Mastering and _AMBLA-3 is an ode to all Hiphop artists, producers, engineers, clipmakers, managers, caterers, etc. This project has no commercial approach.”

It is really interesting to hear the contrast between the beats and the samples. In some cases it is completely different than the original. The mixture of different languages is a stand out since you get rap from all over the world.
