Performers and DJs are another major aspect of financing since this is what will make your event. Everyone is here to see the performers and vibe to the DJ. Does the event space have DJs or do you need your own?

Are you going to feed and provide drinks to the patrons? Ultimately who is going to pay for all of these things? This will heavily impact your budget and what you can accomplish. You must also determine your ticket prices to get an ROI. Find a sweet spot for your target audience.
