Another month in Chicago and we’re in a new location because Cicadas have taken over. May should have been a slower month but it never is in my life. Instead it was full of studio sessions, events, press, LOTS of personal changes and as always some drama.

First up, in April we had another event where Smokey Smothers and Erb Dean performed. Immediately following that we finally announced the biggest event of my life: Midnite Club. I had been holding on to that bit of news for some time.

This was also the beginning of the entire team being in press. First up was me on BBE TV. It was so much fun especially getting the chance to have my cousin with me. This day I was also randomly invited to go see Benny the Butcher.

Next up was Monday Night Raw where Smokey Smothers perfomed her ass off. I also met a bunch of new people including Mic Terror. He is like the coolest person ever.

Then we had some legal and health stuff going on. It was rough but we found a solution and are still working through it. I also had to face some things I had been hiding because what do we do in Chicago? We face all our traumas head on.

Next on our press tour we sit down with The Lot. They are soo cool and we are building a future relationship. Hoping to get a lot more set up together in the future. Low definitely does his research before his interviews to get a full scale of who you are and what you’re all about.

Next. up Myah goes onto BBE TV to get her interview done. She also had a performance at the end. No pop quiz for her. I also made some big moves in my personal life and become a resident. Woot woot.

The team had a studio session. Since we are always on the move, it is rare that we are all in one place at one time. Everyone laid down some music. Then, Erb sat down for an interview with 290 Moe. Sadly, the next part of the video we deal with death so just watch for yourself.

The rest of the month was preparing for Midnite Club. The girls went shopping to get special outfits that were on theme. More personal stuff happened and then I had some affiliate stuff to handle.

FINALLY, on May 24, 2024 we had Midnite Club taking place. I wore many, many hats that night. Media, investor, interviewer, manager and much more. While the event was incredible we also discuss the negatives in the Chicago scene. We end the recap by wishing my auntie a Happy Birthday!
