Building a team can be instrumental in your success. This is a follow up video to Building a Team part one. This focuses on the creative part of the process. You will want mutual support from your team. You want to have a go to producer or engineer on your team. They are the ones that make you sound or look good. There are many nuisances to these relationships so watch for more information.

The start of the show and someone you should have on your team is an artist. This goes deeper than being physically present and working. There is a mental and emotional aspect to this.

You may also want a visual media person such as a videographer or photographer or both. Another visual artist is having a graphic design on your team. This is one fo my non-negotiable. Shout out to my graphic designer for doing all of the things. I really couldn’t do this without her.

Next up is marketing, media and writers. They will all have different roles when it comes to your career. They are there to get you into the right eyes. Many of these roles will be contingent on where you are in your career.

Last up is having a business partner. They will help you make decisions and you will also split costs of your career, etc. Be very cautious when choosing this person because they can make or break you.
