The final installment of the Moving to Chicago series is here. As always it’s been a wild month. We start off filming with Year 2087 and then I had to run and be a manager for Myah for Bars at the Bar. We also continue with the car troubles from last month. Luna had to stay overnight. I also dropped Naithemosthigh part two which is the first one ever. After getting my car out of the dealer I went straight to filming Epik 1.
I also had to start physical therapy again because insurance in this country sucks ass. I also reached a life goal and got my custom neon sign. I also started working on the new marketing materials for Melly’s Couch. I watched the homie Weegi perform and then I was at the Local Artist Show for another month. I somehow ended up connecting TLA show and Yung Tact together.
I finally took a day to cuddle my dogs and read a book. Go me. Romel Chriss‘s interview went live. We headed over to two open mics this month. One at Innjoy with Yung Tact and Kung Pao. The other one was a TooGood Open Mic. The family also tried the best empanadas in the city. The next day I had back to back interviews with my coworkers at TLA. They threw me a BBQ and I had an allergy attack. Somehow I still pulled thru for the homie Kung Pao’s beat battle.
February was all about filming whether for me or someone else. I pulled up to the White Noize interview with The Lot. Next I went and filmed my mid-season finale during a snowstorm. I had to skip Galentine’s day because of the snow. I was also super sick for a few days which is not fun. Even while being sick, I had to act my ass off for the Not a Drill music video.
I made one year officially back home and I was the main show at Thank You For Listening that day. I also got into a new series which is pissing me all the way off. I had a bestie dinner with Smokey but the dinner gave me some tummy troubles. I was also in a depressive episode for most of the month but thankfully my friends came through to help however they could.
I sat down with 290 Moe for my yearly update. He was the first interview I had done in years so it’s only right that he gets the update. I also went to an industry meet up which was overwhelming and then I somehow fell after tripping on air. Even while being injured I still showed up to Taco’s show. Luckily, I made it into the DJ booth so I was able to chill.
Dating life has gotten complex with the exes. The guy who ghosted me is now cordial, my ex had a baby and another ex got matching tattoos that we picked out with his current girlfriend. Yeah everything is fucked. And that’s a wrap on year one back home. Should I keep doing these monthly vlogs?
