DJ LSL_ NY Miami Mix

MiamiMegaParties CEO and Head DJ, recently release the most innovative mix to hit the streams in ages. A refreshing mix for the ears, and appropriate for all events. I definitely will be playing this mix at my next event should I not be able to book DJ LSL himself. Let me paint a picture of the impact this mix can make on various age groups. It’s a quiet Sunday afternoon when all of a sudden I begin to play the mix. I am around people who range in age from 7-81. By the end of the hour-long mix, each and every person was dancing and asking for more. Yes, he managed to capture the attention of 6 different age groups with a single mix. I’ll give you a direct quote, “OMG, he is really good. The way he does the transitions, it’s not like most DJs who just stop and play the next thing. No, he like actually takes one song and does a smooth transition to the next. I really like him.”

Artist Interviews

Deejay X Seven

This week Melly Starz interviews a well-known deejay, Deejay X Seven. He started his career as a deejay when he was shown a program called Virtual dj. He wasn’t taking it seriously but still did private events and was the official deejay for a local rapper. What really inspired Deejay X Seven to take things seriously was his son. While in the womb his son was very responsive to the music that X Seven would play. Now he is a constant reminder for X Seven to keep moving forward and working hard. Which he definitely has. He has worked at a wide array of clubs such as Mekka, Kaffé Krystal, Café Bodegita, Nocturnal, KCafe, and even Skyline among many others.

Artist Interviews

DJ LSL

There are many different categories of artist in the world, this week I got the chance to interview DJ LSL. From a youth he had an interest in spinning which has a lot to do with the fact that his father and uncle were deejays. Also his grandfather had a massive record collection. DJ LSL would spend all his free time at his uncle’s house learning the ins and outs of the tables. He eventually started doing private events and deejaying more frequently. However, after a certain private event he shied away from the turntables because it was such a horrific experience. He then turned his focus to school and the company he was working for at the time. A couple of years went by and with the motivation of his friends he got back into the game and did a few private events.
