This week we have another update video featuring Chalant. He briefly goes into who he is and what he is all about. It’s been eight months since our last check in and Chalant has been putting in work. He has been doing shows, even opening up for Twista. He is a seasoned performer (23 years) and host (about 10 years).
He discusses how he prepares for his performances and how you should be aware of all elements of your performance from your lyrics to movements. His method the day of is a bit different than others. They discuss women in hip hop and how they are dominating the scene and how the game has changed over the years. Chalant stays brief on his opinion and names Cesar Armani as a woman rapper he is currently listening to among a few others. He also touches base on his clothing line.
