Shop Playboy by RYOT collection NOW

Recently I was given the pleasure of getting my hands on some Ryot products. I got a t-shirt and a dugout. The products are some of my favorites and I might be living in my new shirt. there was also a really cool sticker with the RYOT logo.

the dugout is really well made and is perfect for a one-hitter when you are on the go. it was easy to use and you could not smell anything when it was closed. The wood design is classy and discreet so you can carry it almost anywhere without anyone noticing. I love the design because it has everything you need. This one-hitter does have a poker but not a grinder so make sure you have that ready before you head out. What I love about Ryot products is they come in various colors and are always discreet.

Pausing the Show Update

As you know, I have paused all projects. As an update, I will be working behind the scenes on reviews etc but will not post anything until July depending on the state of the world. This way, we do not get super behind and your music is not sitting in my inbox for months on end. The rate at which things will be released has not been determined but know your emails are not being ignored.

I have also decided to expand the topics I discuss on the site to include topics I am passionate about such as women’s rights and anti-racism. We all have a platform and we need to use it to draw attention to real life issues. It can’t always just be an escape.

Much love,

Let’s Pause

The world is literally on fire at the moment and they say the show must go on but in this case I think we all need to pause for a second. The show cannot go on at the moment. I have made the easy decision to pause ALL projects for the time being. I do not take being part of the hip hop community lightly and I have witnessed racism in my own life. I’ve dated many black men in my life and with my own eyes seen racial discrimination with police, at the workplace, in school etc. Many times had I not been there, the situation would have escalated. I may go in depth on my experiences at some point but now is not the time to make this about me.

Now is the time to fight for real, lasting change in the world. I am with the fight and I hope you understand why I’ve made this decision. When the dust settles and we begin to rebuild, I will be here to review and promote your music again. But for now, we need to focus on justice for all black men and women.
